This Settlement Letter (this “Settlement Letter”) is entered into by and between BP Solar International Inc. (“BPSI”) and Sun Edison, LLC (“End Customer” or the “Debtor”), with respect to the solar energy Project described further in Schedule A (the “Project”). BPSI, as set forth below, the End Customer may be referred to as the “Parties”.
