SecureWorks Europe Limited with its principal place of business located at Dell House, The Boulevard, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1LF, UK (“SecureWorks”) and the customer entity (the “Customer”) set forth in a Service Order or Statement of Work as at the Effective Date (as defined by, in respect of a Service Order, the submission to SecureWorks of a Service Order and a purchase order, and, in respect of a Statement of Work, the latest date in the signature blocks in a signed Statement of Work).
