This agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the services provided by Easymove Storage and Container Services Ltd. (the “Company”), which is the provision of rental and/or purchase of units, as well as services related thereto, to the party(ies) whose name(s) is/are set forth in the electronic order confirmation (the “Order Confirmation”). The Order Confirmation is issued by the Company to such party(ies) (the “Customer”) pursuant to an electronic estimate which may be provided by the Company after being initiated by the Customer, or a telephone rental order as made by the Customer through a representative of the Company or in a related way (the “Customer’s Order”) and sets out or confirms the name, address, payment method selected and other information about the Customer.
