This mobile application, the computer servers the application is stored on, and the application files stored on those computer servers (collectively, the “Licensed Application”) are licensed to You (an individual or entity) for use only under the terms of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This agreement is effective on the date that you first register to use the Licensed Application, and You accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. The licensor, Sharing Tribes LLC (“Application Provider”), an Arizona limited liability company, reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.
