In order for you to access and use the Mylo Program, as provided by Mylo Financial Technology Inc. (“Mylo”) and Tactex Asset Management Inc. (the “Manager”), you must read and agree to the terms of the following documents (collectively the “Agreements”) to indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of each:
