In consideration of CI Investments Inc. (us, we) providing online Services (access to customer and/or account information) to you for non-commercial use, we are subject to strict terms and conditions as laid out in the Online User Agreement (Agreement) below. This Agreement is in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada. Any disputes relating to this Agreement will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
