This Affordable Rental Housing Program Regulatory Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of New Orleans, represented by LaToya Cantrell, Mayor (the “City”) and Arts Partners LLC, represented by David C. Miller, its authorized representative (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"); and is hereby promulgated to mandate, under penalty of repayment of GO Bond Funds invested in the project named herein, the Owner’s compliance that units assisted in the Project with GO Bond Funds awarded by the City of New Orleans will remain affordable to the targeted income population for the applicable Period of Affordability as cited in this Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon full execution by the parties (the “Effective Date”).
