This Master Subscription Agreement is made between Midoffice Data, Inc., a Texas corporation, and its Affiliates (as defined below) (“Midoffice”) and the customer identified in the Subscription Order Form. (“Customer”). This “Agreement” consists of this Midoffice Master Subscription Agreement and each Subscription Order Form (as defined below).
