This Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective on the date stated in Exhibit A (hereinafter referred to as the “Effective Date”) by and between Alamo Community College District, a public junior college district and a political subdivision of the State of Texas, on behalf of _________________ College (hereinafter referred to as “Alamo Colleges”) and ___________________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Facility”), collectively sometimes referred to herein as “the Parties.”
