This End User Licence Agreement along with all materials referenced herein (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (as defined below) by and between MidVision Limited (“MidVision”) and the company represented by the individual accepting this Agreement on the company’s behalf (“Licensee”) (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”).
