This LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Lease” or this “Agreement”), dated as of July 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the City of Pittsburg, a municipal corporation (hereafter the “City”) and The Dow Chemical Company., a Delaware corporation (the “Tenant”). City and Tenant are hereafter each referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
