This Master Equipment Rental Agreement, (the “Agreement”) shall govern any and all Equipment lease transactions between REIC Specialty, LLC, as well as its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “Company”) and the customer signatory to this Agreement (the “Customer”, together with the Company, the “Parties”) and the applicable Rental Quote Form, attached hereto, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Any capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to in the Rental Quote Form. If there is any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the Rental Quote Form, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
