For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby irrevocably acknowledged, BYSON hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys to FRASER, its successors and assigns forever, a perpetual, non-exclusive easement on, over, through and across the property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Easement Parcel”), with all its appurtenances, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth below.
