This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Sabrina Tennant (“Plaintiff”) and defendant TravelStore, Inc. (defendant is referred to as “TravelStore”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and TravelStore collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
