This Application End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between you ("End User" or "You") and Insurance Services Office, Inc. ("Company"). This Agreement governs your use of (a) the applicable software components of the Mozart Form Composer™ intended by Company for use by end users (the “Installed Application”) and the on downloadable application and online application (each, an “Hosted Application” and, collectively, the “Application”), (b) Updates (as defined in Section 7 below), (c) all content, information, data, designs, code, materials and services, including any Content and Services (as defined in Section 5) made available through the Application ("Linked Materials"); and (c) the documentation made available to you through the Application (the “Documentation”, and collectively with the Application, Updates, the Linked Materials and the Documentation and all derivative works of the foregoing, the “Company Property”).
