The rental agreements are between the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas, acting for and on behalf of the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope-Texarkana (hereinafter called “The College”) and the approved renter (hereinafter called “Renter”). In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein the parties agree to enter into the rental agreement, and to be bound by the terms and conditions in accordance with the provisions contained herein and pursuant to the conditions set in the following policies and procedures:
