WHEREAS the Owner owns the land in the Town of Oakville described in Schedule “A” hereto and proposes at this time to register a plan of subdivision of that portion of said land as hereto substantially in accordance with the draft plan of subdivision which was approved by The Corporation of the Town of Oakville File 24T-12011 this Agreement has been made a condition of the approval of the Owner’s proposed plan.
