This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and any additional Schedules or Exhibits attached hereto as may be amended from time to time, establishes a strategic partnership between the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (“NAACP” or “Party” or together with Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc., “Parties”) and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated (“Partner Organization“ or “Delta” or “Sorority” or “Party” and together with NAACP, “Parties”), for the purposes of implementing mutually agreed upon initiatives, programming and building the capacity and infrastructure of both organizations for sustainable impact in our communities and society. This document sets forth the mutually beneficial commitment and terms for both organizations.
