This Charter Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into this, the 16th day of December 2020, by and between the Tennessee Public Charter School Commission (hereinafter referred to as “the Authorizer”) and ReThink Forward (the “Applicant(s)”) (collectively, the “Parties”) to establish and operate the Nashville Collegiate Prep (hereinafter referred to as “the Charter School”).
