NOVOSERVE and CLIENT have executed a Service Agreement (the “Agreement”). Parties acknowledge that the Agreement’s terms and conditions govern this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). This AUP is designed to provide a clear understanding of the rules, regulations, and restrictions in the use of NOVOSERVE’s Services.
