This Interlocal Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TEXAS, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (the “County”), and LONE STAR REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY, a conservation and reclamation district (the "Authority"). The Authority and the County are herein referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
