This Agreement effective the first day of May, 2015 shall remain in full force and effect for a term of thirty-six (36) months, ending April 30, 2018, or until terminated in accordance with the labour laws of the Province of British Columbia, BETWEEN Trail Daily Times, A Division of Black Press Group Ltd. through authorized representatives, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the Employer, party of the first part, AND: Unifor Local 2000, sometimes hereinafter referred to as the Union, party of the second part.
