This Master Pulp, Paper, Lumber and Wood Products Purchase and Sale Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is entered into between ________ (“Counterparty”) and Enron North America Corp. (“ENA”) as of ___________, _____ (“Effective Date”). The parties (“Parties,” each a “Party”) may, but shall not be required to, enter into Transactions which will be governed by this Master Agreement.
