This Addendum provides the basis to ensure compliance with the standards of integration of physical and mental health, with a continued emphasis on prevention, quality and access to clinical services, inherent to the GHP Program. Additionally, it contains the general provisions required for the undersigned Participating Provider’s participation in the GHP Program, in accordance with the Contract for the provision of physical & Behavioral Health Services under the Government Health Plan Program between ASES and TSS (GHP Program Contract).
