THIS IS AN AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) effective as of , 2013 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Madison County Board of Supervisors, Post Office Box 608, Canton, Mississippi 39046-0608 (“Owner”) and Rudy Warnock, P.E., Warnock & Associates, 158 West Center Street, Canton, Mississippi 39046 (“Engineer”). Owner intends to impliment a Countywide Drainage Plan. The plan will address the flood prone areas throughout Madison County and will be implemented as funds become available. Owner intends with this Agreement to employ Engineer to conduct planning and preliminary design engineering services related to Countywide Drainage Plan (t he “Project”).
