This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU” or “Agreement”) is made as of February 27, 2018 by and between the City of La Puente, a municipal corporation (“City”), and the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments, a California joint powers authority (“SGVCOG”). City and SGVCOG may be referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
