APPENDIX ATransfer of Rights and Obligations • December 18th, 2013
Effective 1 February, 2014 the rights and obligations arising under your Agreement(s) with Kenexa and/or its subsidiaries (together with any amendments, the “Agreement(s)”), are transferred to the IBM company listed in Tables A and B below corresponding to where you are located. Table A relates to distributed software (“DSW”) agreements and software as a service (“SaaS”) agreements, and Table B relates to Hardware, Services and Enterprise Software Agreements. The tables also provide the address for any legal notices to the assigned IBM company.
