This Wisconsin Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the Oconto Falls Public Schools (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and Class Intercom, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on February 14, 2022. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
