This Agreement contains the general terms, conditions and disclosures related to the non-interest bearing demand deposit account (“Exto Spending Account”) and Exto Visa® (“Exto Card”) made available to eligible consumers by Evolve Bank & Trust (“Evolve”), member of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”), in partnership with Exto Inc. (“Exto”), the program partner responsible for managing the Exto Spending Account and Exto Card program.
