restates that certain Intermumipal Agreement dated October 16, 2018, entered into by and between the Town of Foxborough, a Massachusetts municipal corporation having a principal office at 40 South Street, Foxborough, Massachusetts 02035, acting by and through its Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners, established and authorized by Chapter 46 of the Acts of 1986, as amended, and its Select Board ( "Foxborough"), and the Town of Sharon, a Massachusetts municipal corporation having its principal office at 90 South Main Street, Sharon, Massachusetts 02067, acting by and through its Select Board ("Sharon"). Foxborough and Sharon are sometimes referred to individually herein as a "Party", or collectively as the "Parties".
