The User has requested, and the District has approved, the User's use of ("Facilities') as set forth within User's Request for Use of School Facilities ("KG-12"), which is hereby fully integrated and incorporated into this Agreement. Neither the User, its employees, agents, guests nor invitees are authorized to use any other real property, or physical improvements and/or equipment of the District, other than that described herein.
