By subscribing to JetSmarter Inc.'s ("JetSmarter") membership, you ("Member") and JetSmarter agree to the following terms and conditions (this "Agreement") relating to the services provided in relation to Member's subscription to JetSmarter's membership program. JetSmarter may amend or modify this Agreement from time to time. Amendments and modifications to this Agreement will be effective upon JetSmarter's publication of such amendments or modifications on its website or the JetSmarter mobile application (the "Application"). Member's continued access or use of the Service or the Application after such posting constitutes Member's consent to be bound by the amended or modified Agreement. JetSmarter shall provide written notice of any changes to this Agreement, whether by periodic newsletter email, or any other means in its discretion.
