THIS EASEMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement” or “Easement Agreement”) is made as of this day of , 2019, by and between Littlefoot Properties, L.L.C., a domestic, limited liability company organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Montana, whose address is 1515 East Broadway, Missoula, Montana (“Grantor”), and the CITY OF MISSOULA, a municipal corporation organized pursuant to the laws of the State of Montana, whose address is 435 Ryman Street, Missoula, MT 59801 (“City”), (collectively “Parties”).
