THIS AGREEMENT between the Associated General Contractors of Alaska, and Local Union No. 867 of the Operative Plasters and Cement Masons, within the legal boundaries of the State of Alaska is a successive principal Agreement of the 2007 - 2010 Agreement and all other prior agreements between the Associated General Contractors of Alaska, and the aforementioned union.
