This Agreement for the Construction of PID Projects and Reimbursement of Advances (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Effective Date by and between the City of Sachse, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipality (“City”) and PMB Station Developer LLC, a Texas limited liability company (together with any successors and assigns, “Owner”)(each individually, a “Party,” and collectively, the “Parties”).
