Student-Parent Contract 2021-2022September 4th, 2021
In order to be a member of the Salinas Valley Dream Academy (Dream Academy or Academy), you are required to accept and abide by the following conditions contained in this contract. The consequence of not following these conditions is losing your right to be a member of the Academy, to travel with the Academy, and the forfeiture of any money you have deposited with the Academy and/or travel agency. Please review the conditions with your parents, initial at the bottom of each page, and sign at the end of this contract to confirm that you understand each condition, that you agree to follow them, and that you understand and agree to the consequences of not following them. Do not initial or sign this contract if you are confused or do not understand the meaning of any part of it.
