I, desire to participate in, or allow a minor for whom I am the guardian, activities at Camp Frank Merrill be conducted on 05 NOV 2022. Therefore, in consideration for the benefits of participation in this event I agree to release and hold harmless the United States Army from any damages to property or injuries which I may suffer incident to my participation in these activities.
