No. 20575786, a company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Edvard Thomsens Vej 14, DK-2300 Copenhagen S, Denmark (“Novartis”) and Dansk MPN forening a Company incorporated under the laws of Denmark, located at Kystparken 29, 2. mf., 4400 Kalundborg.(“Recipient”). Novartis and Recipient may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
