This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Synopsis Communications Inc. (Synopsis), a Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, with offices at 1307 S Wabash Ave Suite 208 Chicago, IL 60605, and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated Verizon South Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin, with offices at 8001 West Jefferson Ft. Wayne, IN 46804. (Synopsis and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
