We shall install a Mitsubishi VRF heat pump on a 12" stand on the existing concrete pad & (4) Ceiling Cassettes serving the office, principle office, nurse, and break room. The HP will be connected to the new ceiling cassettes with new refrigerant piping & insulated condensate piping. All necessary electrical, controls, roofing and condensate drains are included. The system shall be started and tested for proper operation. We will also install a new Mitsubishi Lossney unit to provide fresh air and exhaust to the rooms. All fresh air duct work will be insulated. The existing condenser will be removed and disposed of.
