AGREEMENT FOR PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY The agreement must be submitted to the National Population Register (Norwegian Tax Administration) in order to be valid. Parents select field no. 1 or field no. 2 to fill in. Both parents must sign the agreement and the original agreement must be submitted. The sender must enclose a copy of a valid form of identification such as a driver's license, passport, bank card or similar for both parents. When enclosing a copy of a bank card, the account number and card verification value (CVV) must be blacked out. Parents who live together with the child shall have parental responsibility.Parents who live together cannot agree that one of them shall have sole parental responsibility.
