This Contract for the Exploration and Extraction of Hydrocarbons under Production Sharing Modality (the “Contract”) is entered into on , 2015, between, on the one hand, the UNITED MEXICAN STATES (“Mexico”, the “State” or the “Nation”), through the NATIONAL HYDROCARBONS COMMISSION (“CNH”), represented by C.
