Enclosed is the proposed contract between the City of Charles City and the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS). This is in response to the grant that the City was awarded through the Water Quality Initiative Grant (WQI). This grant will fund at their max award of $100,000 to aid in the implementation of storm water detension / retention practices in the storm water area within the SW Development Park.
