THIS TRUST AGREEMENT made, executed and published as of the 1st day of February 1998, at Washington, D.C. by the Federal National Mortgage Association, a body corporate organized and existing under the laws of the United States, in its corporate capacity (in such capacity herein called “Fannie Mae”) and in its capacity as trustee (in such capacity herein called the “Trustee”):
