This CONSULTING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of this day of April 2015 (“Agreement Date”) by and between the BROOKLYN PARK ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), with offices at 5200 85TH Avenue North, Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, 55443, and CENTER FOR ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENT, with offices at 212 3rd Avenue North, Suite 560, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 (“CEE”).
