The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, notice is hereby given to ARN Builders, Inc., that work may proceed on the project for the "Supply of Labor and Materials for the Retrofitting of Gold Building Comfort Rooms to include: Basement, Ground Ooor and Second Ooor comfort rooms", effective after Three (3) calendar days from receipt of this Notice to Proceed. Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementation Schedule.
