THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) to Professional Services Agreement is made as of the 29 day of July, 2022, by and between the City of Camas, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "the City", and Windsor Engineers hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant", in consideration of the mutual benefits, terms, and conditions hereinafter specified.
