The Andes Central Schools recognizes the limited facilities available to citizens of the district in the areas of recreational activities, meeting places, dances, receptions, etc. It is the intention of the school to make its facilities available to the people in the district, yet to protect the facilities from being damaged and to charge enough for the facilities so that funding of the activities does not have to come from local tax revenue.
