THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of May, 2019, between the Village of Oak Park, an Illinois home rule municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”), and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc., d/b/a Konica Minolta, a New York corporation authorized to conduct business in the State of Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”).
