«Cosponsor» (the “Project Sponsor(s)”) as identified in the Application (as hereinafter defined) hereby enter into this Affordable Housing Agreement for an owner-occupied or rental housing project (“Agreement”), effective as of the date of the Affordable Housing Program (“AHP”) application submitted by the Member (“Application”), if approved by the Bank. This Agreement sets forth the respective duties and obligations of the Bank, the Member and Project Sponsor regarding the approval and funding of the Member’s Application submitted to the Bank. Other Application documents, exhibits or writings are incorporated into this Agreement.
